The manufacture of our rubber, silicone and injected plastic labels complies with the regulations implemented by the EUROPEAN UNION with directive 2005/84/CE, thus producing all our articles with PVC which is totally ecological and non-toxic. In the analysis carried out on our PVC it is determined that it does not contain flalates. Our materials can even be in contact with children without any danger.
Injected plastic labels are also known on the market as rubber labels or silicone labels. The manufacture of these labels is carried out by depositing liquefied material on a mould, one for each colour will be necessary, it is a laborious and slow process, there are drying times between each colour.
There are various possibilities for their production.
- Texts or designs can be raised, i.e. they can be embossed or even rounded or convex in shape.
- There is even the possibility of using erasers that are glued with normal adhesive on different surfaces.
- The rubber can be metallic coloured.
- The liquefied liquid can be placed on various supports such as flixelin, nappa leather, leather, cardboard…
This type of articles cannot withstand aggressive washing or direct ironing on the material.
