Jackron labels are Lewi’s labels, we print them in screen printing in as many colours as required on a material similar to a thick unbreakable paper, normally brown, although we also have coloured Jackron and metallised Jackron. The particularity of this material is that it is easy to sew without tearing, it wears with washing giving a look that matches the trousers and does not shrink, and the labels are very economical. It is recommended for jeans with external fringes.
These materials are very useful for the manufacture of trouser patches, they are more stable to washing and degradation than leather and there are a multitude of synthetic materials on the market with a polyurethane base similar to leather that can be printed with colours, heat or high frequency engraving as if they were real leather.
