Zamak metal labels are centrifugally injected into rubber moulds, which allows us to produce small quantities of parts, minimum order 500 units, without incurring high costs of steel dies.
The design of the metallic anagrams will be made with the customer, highlighting the brand name upwards in positive, or leaving it in the negative background. We will also determine the shape and size.
Once the zamack plates have been injected, we pass to our bathing process to give them the chosen finish: gold, silver, copper, shiny or aged, or if you prefer, also enamelled with the requested colour according to the chosen pantone.
In order to sew the metal label to the garment, we leave 1, 2 or four holes. The metal labels we make for accessories (metal anagrams for bags and wallets, metal labels for shoes,…) we add pins on the back. But if what you need is a metal label to reflect your brand and attach it to a piece of furniture or decorative object, we can put adhesive on the back of the zamack logo so that you can stick it on.
Ornaments, badges, logos, chains, badges, plates and metal zamak anagrams injected by centrifugation with different formats and different fixing systems. Openwork pieces, with high or low relief according to the needs of the design and with metallic finishes: gold, silver, chrome, enamel, satin copper,…
Metal hangers, we can add a chain to the zamack plate so you can use it on jackets.
