Many of our customers replace the traditional woven neck label with a printed label for a variety of reasons: for price, novelty, or image. The truth is that with us you can choose whatever you want.
In printed labels we have an infinite number of substrates to use to print your brand on them in 1 to 4 colours or full colour. We will achieve a natural label look, ecological label, if we work with natural supports such as cotton or polyester/cotton or an elegant label look if we work with satin support, or with our new Arjona quality. This is a backing that we weave ourselves in the colour we want, with the width we need and with extreme softness, which we then print in screen printing with embossing or plain.
If what we are looking for is a full colour or photographic image, we will use sublimation, which allows us to transfer your design onto a 100% polyester support.
Printed labels and ribbons. This is the name given to any fabric or tape made of polyester, polyamide, cotton, satin, nylon, … which can be printed by means of screen printing, flexography, sublimation, stamping or thermo-printing. Bear in mind that the inner printed composition labels, where the washing rules are indicated, are the only ones that are really compulsory, they must withstand washing without erasing the print and remain legible until the garment is thrown away.
We can distinguish between decorative tape and composition tape.
Textile composition label, legal or washing standard is usually white tape with black print for sewing on the inside of textile garments.
If it is a small quantity, we can solve this at home by printing polyamide, nylon, polyester or satin tape with textile ribbon, in principle black, using a thermal transfer printer.
If it is a larger quantity, it can be printed in rotary printing in more than one colour and on both sides, on white, black or coloured polyester or satin, using inks that are transferred to the tape in question by means of a blanket (flexography) or directly (silk-screen printing).
Hanger tape, decorative label, any tape support is used from the wide range of sample books that exist on the market and it is printed by rotary screen printing (even with inflatable ink), flexo, or thermal printing (foil film), one, two or three colours is usual if we find tape or designs of more colours, sublimation is recommended, which is always carried out on 100% polyester textile tapes. This type of ribbons are usually served on a roll but can be cut and folded to be used as a clothing label and sewn onto the collar of the garment.
Finishing: They can be supplied in rolls or in cut and folded units with ultrasonically cut selvedges, woven, coated, or special (patterned), laser die cut or cut and folded to the centre.
The minimum order to manufacture is 5,000 units approx. (400 metres) depending on the total length of the label. And 1.000 units per composition and size.
